If you are selected for the study, a document pack including an invitation letter, participant information sheet, consent form, and survey will be sent to you by your GP practice using a secure mailing system.
If you would like to take part, you will need to complete the consent form and complete a survey about your health and wellbeing, your community, and your views on the HS2 development
You may also be invited to participate in focus groups and/or an interview further at a later stage.
You can complete the consent form and survey online, by post, or by telephone.
This is a 10-year study, and therefore we would hope participants will continue to participate over this time period so we can see impact over time.
